Short: WB2.0/3.0 Digital Clock with AutoHide Author: threap@gmail.com (David Hollway) Uploader: threap gmail com (David Hollway) Type: util/wb Version: 2.53 Architecture: m68k-amigaos >= 2.04 Distribution: Aminet This is version 2.53 of my TBC clock program. After a short delay of 31 years, I have made one bug fix from the previous version (2.52, 1994). I don't believe in Agile methodology :) I know you've probably seen thousands of clock programs already, but this one's worth a look - honestly! Here's a brief list of TBC's features - full documentation in both text and AmigaGuide formats can be found in the TBC253.LHA archive. -Renders itself discreetly into the WB titlebar in the correct colours (or whatever colours you want) -Fully WB3.0 (AGA) / WB2.0 compatible -Can display time in several formats -Full (beautifully designed) GUI for configuration -Uses very little CPU time -Alarm function that will: -flash screen repeatedly and/or -beep/play sample (WB3.x only) repeatedly and/or -launch program or DOS script at a preset time -Automatically hides itself to allow IPrefs to change screenmode/font etc. -Can optionally appear on active screen (even if not public) -Can chime every N minutes, where n is 15, 10, 5, 2 etc -Will optionally display current date -Full documentation in both text and .guide formats -Can alert user by one of 3 methods if free memory gets below a certain number of Kilobytes -Full source-code in ANSI C included Works on both Workbench 2.0x and 3.x Amigas. Fully style-guide compliant, looks great on WB3.0. -------------------------------------------------- V2.53, an update to version 2.52 (also on Aminet). Released 30th June 2025
